IPTV Reseller Dashboard Explained

The reseller dashboard is what you see when you log into the reseller panel. It is the at-a-glance view of your entire reseller operation: credit balance, active subscriptions, upcoming expiry dates and account management controls. Here is what each section means and how to use it effectively.

Credit Balance Widget

The first thing to check on the dashboard is your credit balance. This number tells you how many subscription months you can still create. If you have 47 credits, you can create 47 one-month subscriptions, or a mix of durations that uses the same total.

Active Subscriptions Overview

The dashboard typically shows a count of active subscriptions — how many customer accounts are currently live. This is a useful number to track over time to understand whether your customer base is growing, stable or shrinking.

Expiry Alerts

Good dashboards surface accounts that are expiring soon — within the next 7 or 14 days. This makes proactive renewal management straightforward without needing to review every account individually.

Account List

Below the summary widgets, the dashboard typically shows a full list of customer accounts with their subscription status and expiry dates. This is the view you work from when processing renewals or looking up a specific customer account.

Account Creation Entry Point

The dashboard or its navigation provides access to the account creation tool — the most-used function in the panel for active resellers. It should be easy to find and quick to use.

Sub-Reseller Section

On 500 and 1000 credit packages, the dashboard includes a sub-reseller management section where you can create and monitor sub-reseller accounts. This is only visible if your package qualifies. Read the sub-reseller guide for details.
