1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing iptvreselleruk.store and by purchasing a reseller credit package, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase a package.
2. The reseller service
IPTV Reseller UK provides a reseller panel through which resellers can create and manage IPTV subscriptions for their own customers using a credit-based system. Reseller credits are purchased in advance. Each credit represents one month of a single-connection subscription.
3. Reseller credit packages
Credit packages are available in the following denominations: 50, 100, 200, 500 and 1000 credits. Pricing is displayed on the homepage and is stated in GBP. All purchases are pre-paid. There are no automatic renewals.
The sub-reseller option is available exclusively on purchases of more than 200 credits — meaning the 500 and 1000 credit packages. The 200, 100 and 50 credit packages do not include sub-reseller access.
4. Payment
Payment is required in full before reseller access is activated. We do not store card details on our systems. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider using encrypted connections.
5. Account activation
Reseller account credentials are provided after payment is confirmed. Ensure your contact details are correct at the time of purchase. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect contact information.
6. Acceptable use
As a reseller, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring that any IPTV content or services you distribute to your customers are properly authorised under applicable copyright and broadcasting laws
- Complying with all relevant UK and international legislation in connection with the operation of your reseller business
- Your customers' use of the subscriptions you create through the panel
- Not using the reseller panel for any unlawful purpose
- Not sharing your reseller panel credentials with unauthorised third parties
IPTV Reseller UK provides reseller account and panel management infrastructure. We do not grant broadcast rights to any content. You are solely responsible for the legality of the services you provide to your customers.
7. Refund policy
Reseller credit packages are sold on a pre-paid basis. Refunds are not automatically available once account access has been granted and credits are loaded to your balance. If you believe you have experienced a genuine billing error, contact us within 7 days at info@iptvreselleruk.store.
8. Service availability
We aim to maintain panel availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect panel access. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary service unavailability.
9. Account suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a reseller account where there is evidence of misuse, unlawful activity, or breach of these terms. Credits remaining in a suspended account due to breach of these terms will not be refunded.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, design, graphics and code — is the property of IPTV Reseller UK and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPTV Reseller UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the reseller service. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the credit package in question.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
