Sub-reseller programs create a two-level reseller hierarchy: the main reseller at the top, managing credits and sub-reseller accounts; and sub-resellers below, managing their own customer subscriptions from the credit allocation they receive.

The Credit Flow

1. Main reseller purchases credits (500 or 1000 to unlock sub-reseller access)
2. Main reseller creates sub-reseller accounts in the panel
3. Main reseller allocates credits to each sub-reseller from their main balance
4. Sub-resellers use their allocated credits to create customer subscriptions
5. Main reseller can monitor credit usage across all sub-reseller accounts

Who Is Responsible for What?

The main reseller is responsible for the sub-reseller accounts and their credit allocation. Each sub-reseller is responsible for their own customers. Customer-facing issues go to the sub-reseller who manages that account; sub-reseller account issues go to the main reseller.

The Commercial Structure

The main reseller sets the credit allocation price for sub-resellers — effectively acting as a wholesaler. Sub-resellers set their own end-customer prices. The main reseller’s margin is the difference between their credit cost and what they charge sub-resellers per credit.

Minimum Package Requirement

Sub-reseller access requires purchasing above 200 credits. On IPTV Reseller UK, this means the 500 or 1000 credit package. The 200-credit package does not include this feature regardless of how many separate purchases are made.
