How Does an IPTV Reseller Panel Work?
Understanding how a reseller panel works is essential before purchasing your first credit package. The panel is not complex, but knowing what it does and how each function connects to your day-to-day operation makes the experience much smoother from the start.
The Login and Dashboard View
When you log into the reseller dashboard, you see an overview of your account: credit balance, number of active subscriptions, any subscriptions expiring soon and account management tools.
Creating a New Customer Account
The process of creating a subscription is a few clicks:
- Navigate to the account creation section
- Enter the customer account details
- Select the subscription duration: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months (or the 6-hour trial)
- Confirm — credits are deducted automatically
- Copy and provide the customer with their login credentials
The Credit Deduction System
Credits are deducted at the point of subscription creation. The system is automatic — when you select a 6-month subscription, 6 credits disappear from your balance. When you select a 1-month subscription, 1 credit is deducted. You can see your remaining balance at any time.
Monitoring Active Subscriptions
The panel shows all active subscriptions along with their expiry dates. This is how you know which customers need renewing and when. Proactive management here is important — waiting until a subscription expires means the customer loses access, which affects their experience and your retention.
Renewing a Subscription
Renewal is the same as creation — select the account, choose the new duration, confirm. Credits are deducted and the subscription extends. The customer’s credentials remain the same, so there is no disruption from their perspective.
When Credits Run Out
If your credit balance reaches zero, you cannot create new subscriptions or renewals until you purchase another package. Existing active subscriptions are not affected — they run until their expiry date regardless of your credit balance. Only new creation and renewal require credits.
