The IPTV reseller business model is built on three components: bulk credit purchasing, a management panel and end-customer subscriptions. Understanding how these three elements interact is essential before investing in a credit package.

The Three Layers

The reseller business model has three layers:

1. Provider layer — the company that maintains the streaming infrastructure, servers and content delivery. This is the entity you purchase credits from.
2. Reseller layer — you. You purchase credits, use the management panel to create and manage customer subscriptions, and handle customer relationships.
3. Customer layer — end users who pay you for their subscriptions and access the IPTV service.

Revenue and Costs

Your revenue comes from what customers pay you. Your costs are the credit packages you purchase. The margin is what remains after credit costs.

For example: at the 200-credit package level, your effective credit cost is approximately £1.75 per credit. If you sell 1-month subscriptions to customers at a higher price per month, the difference is your gross margin. From that margin, you cover any business costs (payment processing, customer support time, etc.) to arrive at net profit.

Scalability

The model scales by increasing credit volume and customer count. As you move from smaller packages to larger ones, your per-credit cost decreases. At 500 or 1000 credits, you also gain access to sub-reseller functionality, which allows you to build a network of resellers beneath your account — each of whom manages their own customers while you manage their credits.
